Minutes of CAGP monthly meeting, March 6, 2003

Mark will attend a treasurer training given by the SBOE in May. Kathryn took up donations from individual members (to be sent as individual donations, not from the CAGP) for the Campus Greens Project Green Bus, which now involves a car, not a bus.

- Gray and Gregg reported a good time and good music at the Evening Muse on March 7.
- Alan said the NCGP meeting will begin Friday evening, April 11, and end Saturday evening, April 12.
- Removing Pelletier's paper from the CAGP website was approved by a unanimous vote.
- Gray Newman discussed having a table at Charlotte Pride on May 3rd, which is also the date of the Rolling Thunder Tour in Asheville.

- It was suggested that the stream clean-up be postponed until May because of the many events scheduled in April.
- Gregg announced that the NRC hearing in Charlotte would be in March or April.
- Elizabeth suggested that the CAGP could see about having a table at City Center Fest in April. She also suggested CAGP might be able to have a presence at the Visulite Theatre concerts.
- The date and place for the next CAGP meeting was agreed upon: April 5, 2003, from 1:30 TO 3:30 at the Plaza-Midwood Library. After the April meeting we should get back to meeting on the second Saurday every month.
