Ken Trial – Trying to line up supporters for week of Nov 16

            Argument based on health (Hg, O₃, particles) – necessity defense

            Jury trial (judge can dismiss jury)

Stream Clean-Up – Nov 14 – 10am at same location

Ballot Access – Katie spoke to Alan – Counter appeal after a few days

            Want people to write to Observer – Nick to have Op-ed ready

Mayor’s Climate Agreement – Nick and Alan will try to get candidates to agree to sign because 1000^th Mayor has signed
